How Astral Relics handles information in the app, its optional online features, and this website.
1. Scope and contact
This notice covers the Astral Relics app and the informational website at https://hoanggiacpc.com. HoangGiaTeam is the public publisher name used here. For privacy questions, contact support@hoanggiacpc.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The local Journey stores game progress on your device so you can continue a run. The app also stores your language and reduced-motion preferences in its app settings. You can remove a saved Journey from the app's Settings.
3. Optional online features
When you use an online feature that is enabled in your app, the app sends the information needed to provide that feature to the game service. This can include a guest credential, player and session identifiers, account status, wallet and cosmetic inventory, and Arena admission or match results.
If email or Apple sign-in is enabled and you choose to use it, the service processes the identity information needed to verify or link your account. Email sign-in uses your address to send a verification code. The app stores online credentials in the iOS Keychain.
4. Network requests and service providers
Online requests necessarily expose connection information, such as an IP address, to the game service and its hosting environment. The service uses connection information for routing, access controls, and request-abuse limits.
Where a sign-in method is enabled, Apple or an email-delivery provider may process the information required for that sign-in or verification. This website is made of static pages and does not host accounts or gameplay.
5. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of an online account in the app's account settings. Linked accounts may require identity verification. A completed request revokes sessions and removes account identity links and account-specific game data where applicable.
A minimal account status and deletion record may remain. Match records involving another player may be retained in a form that no longer identifies the deleted account. Deleting an online account does not delete a local Journey; remove that save separately in the app's Settings.
6. Retention and policy changes
Information is handled as needed to operate the relevant feature, complete account requests, protect the service, and maintain records that do not identify a deleted participant. Contact support with questions about a specific request.
This notice may be updated when the app, website, or data handling changes. The effective date is 2026-10-21.
